2 Year Diploma in Hotel Management

(Intake in January and June)

Learners are continually assessed both on practical and theoretical levels during all courses.

Course Summary: This qualification covers topics such as managing a food & beverage service, producing new dishes, front office, producing new menus plus many more options covering supervisory and management roles.

This qualification is aimed at Hospitality managers, heads of departments, kitchen manager, head chef, executive chef, front office manager, front of house manager, reception manager, accommodation manager, housekeeping manager, executive housekeeper, food & beverage manager, restaurant manager, bar manager and duty managers.

Practical Industry Placement: To achieve the qualification, students need to complete a number of practical industry hours. The duration of the placements can vary depending on the selected course. Industry placements will be arranged by the school. Students will receive a small salary while completing the practical wherever possible

NOTE: The Practical Industry hours are subject to change according to the school programme.

R 75 000(Once-off)

A deposit of R 20 000 payable at registration.
R 80 000 (Payment Plan)
A deposit of R20 000 payable at registration, and the balance paid over 10 months of R 6000 a month.

Please note that as per the student and academic agreement, deposits are required to secure a place on the programme, and that students will not be allowed to write exams if there are any unpaid fees outstanding.
