Beetroot & Chocolate Brownies

  • 250 g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Butter
  • 250g cooked Beetroot
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250g Light Brown Sugar
  • 150g Ground Almonds
  • 30ml Cocoa Powder
  • 15ml Vanilla extract
  • 15ml Baking Powder
  • 5ml Chili Powder
  1. Let the dark chocolate and butter melt in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Blitz cooked beetroot and then add the chocolate mixture and 3 eggs.
  3. Add light brown sugar, ground almonds, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, baking powder and chili powder.
  4. Mix well. Pour into a baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes
