2 YEAR FULL-TIME DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT 2020 - 2021

Learners are continually assessed on practical and theoretical levels during all courses.

Course Summary: This qualification covers topics such as managing a Food and Beverage establishment, service, producing new dishes and menus, front office, plus many more options covering supervisory and management roles.

This qualification is aimed at Hospitality Managers, Heads of Department, Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, Executive Chef, Front Office Manager, Front of House Manager, Reception Manager, Accommodation Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and Duty Manager.


Practical Work Experience: 
You will be notified according to qualification
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12
Intakes:  January and June               

 

Year 1
Diploma in Food and Beverage Service


FEES  R 75 000 (Once-off)
A deposit of R 20 000 and balance of R 55 000 paid on confirmation of acceptance letter
R 85 000 (Payment Plan)
A deposit of R 20 000 and balance of R 65 000 paid over 10 months of R 6 500 a month on commencement course

 

Year 2
Diploma in Reception Services
Diploma in Housekeeping Services

FEES R 65 000 (Once-off)
A deposit of R 20 000 and balance of R 45 000 paid on confirmation of acceptance letter
R 75 000 (Payment Plan)
A deposit of R 20 000 and balance of R 55 000 paid over 10 months of R 5 500 a month on commencement course

Please note that as per the student and academic agreement, deposits are required to secure a place on the programme, and that students will not be allowed to write exams if there are any fees outstanding.
