The François Ferreira Academy is an accredited training Culinary Arts and Hospitality Institute based in George, Western Cape, South Africa. We equip our learners with the essential culinary arts and hotel management skills, to work efficiently and effectively in the hospitality industry as skilled chefs, hotel managers, and trained kitchen assistants and servers.

The Academy has a state-of-the-art modern kitchen, and staff that have a wealth of experience both professionally as well as academically. Learners are given the opportunity to develop and grow in a safe environment that is conducive to study, and where they experience work placements in world class restaurants and hospitality establishments.
